In urban and rural commuting and short-distance freight, the adaptability pain points of adult electric tricycles are becoming increasingly prominent: traditional models are either weak in power, the Electric Tricycle Motor frequently "strikes" when climbing, and the inefficient Electric Tricycle Controller leads to reduced cruising range; or the Rear Axle is insufficient in load-bearing, and the Electric Tricycle rear axle makes constant abnormal noises when overloaded. Although the Electric Four-wheel Vehicle is comfortable, it is difficult to pass through narrow alleys due to its large size. Many users complained: "I have to push the cart when picking up the children from school and encounter a downhill slope, and it is even more embarrassing to run out of power halfway when delivering vegetables to the vegetable market!"
The adult-specific electric tricycle we developed based on local needs solves the problem with the "golden triangle" solution: equipped with a 1000W permanent magnet synchronous motor, the climbing torque is increased by 50%; the intelligent vector controller realizes kinetic energy recovery, and the cruising range is extended by 30 kilometers; the reinforced rear axle can bear a load of 800kg. Localized maintenance tips
1. Three checks and three maintenances: Check the controller wiring, motor cooling holes, and rear axle oil seal every week, and perform waterproof maintenance before the rainy season;
2. Load golden line: Move the center of gravity of the cargo box back 10cm to avoid unilateral overloading and causing eccentric wear of the rear axle;
3. Shallow charge and discharge of the battery: Charge when the remaining power is ≥30%, and perform full charge calibration once a month (it is recommended to charge indoors when the local temperature is ≤-10℃).
